WHAT IS BOUTIQUE SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY?

Boutique school photography is spending the extra few minutes to capture images of each child that truly represents their personality, their uniqueness and the children can just be themselves. No forced smiles, no awkward poses and busy backgrounds. Just simplistic, classic images that are far from the traditional cheesy photos that we have become accustomed to as we didn't realize there was another option. How awesome is it that a child can be in a relaxed environment that lets them open up and be comfortable that their natural self is photographed. Unlike large, corporate photography companies, I only take on select schools so that I can provide superb customer service and artistic images that parents will love to showcase on their walls.

ARE FINE ART PORTRAITS EXPENSIVE?

I offer competitive rates, similar to what parents can expect to pay traditional school photography companies. Parents have a variety of collections to choose from as well as a-la-carte products to fit each families needs. Best of all there is nothing due up front, all profit is made when orders are placed. Also, as a thank you I donate 10% of my gross back to the school that I photograph!!

HOW DO WE VIEW IMAGES AND PLACE ORDERS?

All viewing and Ordering is done online!

No need to worry about losing paperwork!

Families are linked to an online password-protected gallery for viewing and ordering their child's images. Each child will have 2-5 images in colour and black and white which each family can choose the photos they wish to be printed. Images will be available in collection packages, a-la-carte style print options and I also provide boutique products such as canvas gallery wraps, metal prints (my favourite) as well as digital images for future printing.

HOW DO YOU WORK WITH EACH SCHOOL TO KEEP PHOTO DAY ORGANIZED?

Each school will receive a detailed PDF describing all ordering procedures and shooting day prep to be given to families prior to photo day. I handle any questions from parents regarding the shoot itself, photo ordering and products. I provide all equipment needed for photo day. I will also provide the school with high resolution digital files to use however the school wishes to use the images. I take staff photos and provide a complimentary print package as a thank you for staff members as well.
